About ProSource

Own the outcome, or don’t take the work.

That one rule built both of our businesses: procurement for organisations across India, and international supply to buyers abroad. It decides everything we add, sell and promise. This page is how it works.

How we decide

Every decision gets the same question: can we own this, end to end?

Not “can we offer it”. Plenty of things can be offered. Owned means we can hold the specification, check the goods, carry the paperwork and answer for the result without pointing at anyone else. If the answer is no, the work is declined.

What we add
A new category or market enters only when we can hold its quality, its paperwork and its delivery ourselves. Otherwise we say no, and keep saying it.
What we sell
Nothing goes on our invoice that we can’t answer for. No pass-through lines, no re-badged risk.
How we grow
Narrower and deeper. We’d rather be indispensable in six categories than listed in sixty.

What we refuse

You can read a company by what it turns down.

Most of what makes a supplier safe to rely on is invisible in what they show you. It lives in what they were unwilling to do. These are ours, and you can hold us to every one of them.

The company, plainly.

Prosource Corporate Solutions Private Limited, registered in Bengaluru. A new company, built by people with two decades of sourcing across India. Everything on this site is capability we own today. None of it is borrowed proof.

Proof we don’t have
No invented clients, testimonials or numbers. When we have a track record, you’ll see it here; until then, you see how we operate.
Certifications we don’t hold
Planned is stated as planned. A certification appears on this site the day it is earned, not before.
Work we can’t own end to end
A category or an order we couldn’t stand behind is declined, however good it looks on paper.
Margin without responsibility
If all we added were a markup between you and the source, you’d be right to go around us. We exist to carry what you’d otherwise carry.

Ask us the questions this page can’t answer.

Bring the scenario that worries you most. The late delivery, the rejected lot, the spec that drifted. We will tell you how we would handle it, and you will learn more from that conversation than from anything we could write here.
