What this website is, and what it isn’t.

This site explains how we work. It does not sell anything, take payment, or form a contract. When we do business, a signed agreement covers it, and that agreement is what binds us both.

What this site is: A description of what Prosource Corporate Solutions Private Limited does. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply, and no contract comes into existence because you read a page or send an enquiry.
What governs an actual order: If we do business together, that work is governed by the written contract, purchase order or quotation signed between us. Those documents set the specification, price, timescales, remedies and liabilities, and they prevail over anything described on this website. Where the two differ, the signed document wins.
How to read the descriptions here: Pages describing how we source, check, label, document and deliver explain our normal way of working. They are not warranties, service levels or guarantees, and they do not create rights on their own. The commitments that bind us are the ones written into your contract.
Accuracy and availability: We keep this site accurate and current as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or always available. We may change, correct or remove any of it without notice. Certifications described as planned are exactly that, and are not held today.
Sending us an enquiry: Send only information you are entitled to share, and do not send confidential material through the form. An enquiry is not accepted until we say so in writing. We may decline work, and often do, without giving reasons.
Our material: The text, layout, diagrams, logo and code on this site belong to Prosource Corporate Solutions Private Limited and are protected by copyright. Read it, quote it fairly with attribution, and link to it. Do not republish it as your own, or scrape it to train a model or build a competing site.
Liability: To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this website alone, from it being unavailable, or from any link we point to. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law: These terms and any dispute about this website are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
