Privacy
What we do with what you send us.
Short, because there isn’t much to say. We collect what you choose to tell us, use it to reply, and nothing else. This notice covers the whole of it.
- What you give us
- Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name and email, optionally your phone, company and country, the subject you pick, and the message you write. There are no other forms on this site and no accounts to create.
- What is recorded automatically
- Serving a web page requires your IP address, and our host records it in ordinary server logs along with the page requested, the time, and your browser type. Our form provider does the same to block spam. This is standard for any website and we do not use those logs to build a profile of you, but it would be wrong to claim nothing is recorded at all.
- Where your enquiry goes
- The form sends it through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes it to our inbox on Google Workspace. Both providers operate outside India, so your enquiry is transferred and stored abroad. If you would rather not use a third-party service, email us directly instead and only Google Workspace is involved.
- Why we process it
- To read your enquiry and reply, and to carry on the conversation if there is one. That is the whole purpose. For visitors in the EU or UK, our basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
- What we never do
- We do not sell your details, share them for anyone else’s marketing, add you to a mailing list, or use them to profile, score or advertise to you. You will not receive anything you did not ask for.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no chat widget and no embedded third-party content. Nothing is written to your browser’s storage. Because there are no non-essential cookies or trackers, there is no consent banner to click.
- How long we keep it
- Your enquiry stays in our email records while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, the way ordinary business correspondence is kept. Server logs are retained by our providers on their own short cycles. Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.
- Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can withdraw consent at any time, which stops any further processing but does not undo what was already done. If you are in the EU or UK you may also object to processing, ask for a copy in portable form, and complain to your national data protection authority.
- Complaints
- Raise it with us first at info@prosourceglobal.in and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or to your own supervisory authority if you are outside India.
