What we do with what you send us.
Short, because there isn’t much to say. We collect what you choose to tell us, use it to reply, and nothing else.
- What we collect
- Only what you type. The enquiry form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone, company and country, along with the message you write. Nothing else is gathered. We do not collect your location, your device, or how you found us.
- How it reaches us
- The form sends your enquiry through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes it to our email inbox. Your enquiry is handled in our email from that point on. If you would rather not use a third-party service, write to us directly instead.
- What we use it for
- Replying to you, and continuing the conversation if there is one. That is the whole purpose. It is not added to a marketing list, and you will not receive anything you did not ask for.
- What we never do
- We do not sell your details, share them with anyone for marketing, or use them to profile or advertise to you.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no embedded third-party content following you around. Visiting these pages leaves nothing behind on your device.
- How long we keep it
- Your enquiry stays in our email records for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, in the ordinary way business correspondence is kept.
- Having it removed
- Write to info@prosourceglobal.in and ask. We will delete your enquiry and confirm when it is done. You can also ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
